Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager - Secured Direct to manage and grow a portfolio of secured lending clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored secured direct lending solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing and potential secured direct lending clients.

Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for secured lending products and services.

Structure and negotiate complex secured direct lending deals, ensuring adherence to credit policies and risk appetite.

Prepare and present credit proposals, conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence.

Monitor client performance and portfolio risk, proactively addressing potential issues.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and deal execution.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities,



and regulatory changes impacting the secured lending landscape.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and business objectives.

- Provide exceptional client service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a robust focus on secured lending.

Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing a portfolio of secured direct lending clients.

Deep understanding of various secured lending products, credit analysis, and risk management principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software applications.
