Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Sales to drive sales for our premium villa project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting project presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels including digital leads, referrals, calls, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa options based on their budget and preferences.
- Make outbound calls and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
- Explain project features, villa specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, location advantages, and other relevant details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
- Negotiate with customers within the approved pricing and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the documentation, finance, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth closure of sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop referral networks and generate repeat and reference business.
- Keep track of competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Desired Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in villas, plotted developments, residential projects, or premium properties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Positive knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting client meetings and property site visits.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits would be an advantage.
