Job Role: Relationship Manager

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Generate leads through field sales, references, and market activities.

- Promote and sell insurance and other BFSI products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and policy processing.

- Participate in office and field-based sales activities.

- Contribute to overall business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.

Candidate Eligibility

- Qualification: Graduate; passing certificate is mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance, BFSI Sales, or Hardcore Sales.

- Age: 22–39 years.

- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.

- PAN Card: Mandatory.





- Candidates with reliable employment history are preferred.

- Candidates with career gaps or stability issues are not eligible.
