Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and convincingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

will be an added advantage.
- Follow up with interested prospects and close sales within timelines.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduate with Minimum of 1+ years’ experience pursuing having called

experience.
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Hindi, English, Telugu and Tamil language spoken candidates will be preferred.
