Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Relationship Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture customer relationships.

Schedule and coordinate property site visits with customers.

Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions.





Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.

Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).

Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
