Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Relationship Manager Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with customers.
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer interactions.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and follow-up targets.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
