Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

The Relationship

Manager will identify and engage prospective customers, explain suitable loan products, and guide applicants through the end-to-end home loan process. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting customer visits, collecting and verifying required documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining high service standards, resolving customer queries,



and providing post-disbursement support to strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and target achievement in financial services or related sectors.
- Proficiency in documentation handling, basic financial understanding, and attention to detail for loan processing.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with confident interpersonal and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, perform regular field visits, and manage time and territory efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFCs is an advantage.

- Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and readiness to learn internal systems and processes.
- High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
