Job Summary The Concrete Technologist & Techno-Commercial professional will be responsible for maintaining the quality, performance, and compliance of concrete production while supporting business development through techno-commercial activities. The role combines strong technical knowledge of concrete technology with customer engagement to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Techno-Commercial & Sales Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets in line with the company's business objectives for the North, South,West Zone
- Identify, develop, and convert current business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and improved profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer technical and commercial queries.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies while maximizing business profitability.
- Coordinate closely with Technical Specialists to stay informed about technical matters that may influence commercial outcomes.
- Conduct regular customer visits and prepare comprehensive visit reports.




- Submit monthly reports to management covering sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and customer service updates.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned in line with the objectives of the role.
- Design, review, and optimize concrete mix designs to achieve the required strength, durability, workability, and sustainability for various projects.
- Establish and monitor quality control procedures throughout the concrete production process, including raw material selection, batching, mixing, placement, and curing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Chemical or a related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant industry experience
