Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 0 – 2 years (maximum)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the assigned region for Study Abroad and Work Visa business.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B partners (agents, institutes, consultants, etc.) in the region.
- Maintain regular communication and healthy relationships with existing B2B partners.
- Drive student applications and ensure smooth processing of files from the region.
- Coordinate with partners for lead generation, application submission, and follow-ups.
- Support partners in documentation, application status updates,



and basic visa-related queries.
- Monitor regional targets related to applications, conversions, and partner performance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with partners and candidates to ensure timely progress of files.
- Share regional performance reports with the central team on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Represent Globetrek Overseas professionally in the assigned region.
- Coordinate with internal teams (counselling, operations, and visa processing) for smooth execution.

Requirements
- Maximum 2 years of total work experience.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
- Basic understanding of Study Abroad / Work Visa processes (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage targets.
- Smartphone + basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
