Job Purpose Design & integrate hydraulic circuits under guidance design of plastic components & assemblies design of sheet metal & welded structures

Identify the issues from master model by using Visualization tool (Vismock-up / Vispro)

Must be highly skilled in stakeholder management and act as a key liaison between various departments and external partners To perform the Finite element modelling, Linear & Non-linear static analysis, Dynamic analysis, and fatigue calculations for Heavy Engineering (Agricultural/ Construction Equipment)

Key Responsibilities

Circuit design, schematic prep, component selection, routing, prototype support

Plastic part design, A-Class surface integration, tooling feasibility, mentoring

Sheet metal & weldment design, structural integration, tolerance analysis, mentoring

Understand the customer requirements & Conduct digital assessments on new or current vehicle designs to assess the feasibility of servicing vehicle components, assemblies, etc.. (DMU report)

DMU issue tracking & timely resolution in coordination with all aggregate owners

Error proofing develop “Leason learned” from New model launches & implement Prevent recurrence actions in to future programs

Expert in UG NX in Part Modelling, Assembly, & Detailing modules

- Reading and understanding the drawings and standards
- Should have knowledge of GD&T;
- Must be willing to work at various levels in a project organization depending on the project requirement
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Experience in design of Off Highway(Tractor) Components




- Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes
- Should have knowledge of relevant Regulations & Homologation requirement
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams especially the integration with other MS products
- Effective communication with customers and cross functional team.
- Should be able to perform domain operations and work force management.
- Should be responsible for team building & skill development of team members.
