Role Purpose The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment for our restaurants across locations, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage Service and restaurant operations positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, institutes and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews for restaurant operations roles.
- Coordinate interviews with Operations and HR teams.




- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with Hotel Management institutes for campus and fresher recruitment.
- Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring requirements for new restaurant openings.
- Assist in offer-letter coordination, documentation and joining formalities.
- Build a continuous talent pipeline for positions such as Service Crew, Captains, Bartenders, Supervisors and Restaurant Managers.

Candidate Profile

- Hotel Management graduate/diploma holder preferred.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in F&B; Service / Restaurant Operations who are interested in moving into Human Resources & Recruitment will be preferred.
- Hotel Management freshers with valuable communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates across different levels.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/job portals would be an advantage.
- Energetic, organised and keen to build a career in Hospitality Human Resources & Recruitment.
