Role Objective

Own end-to-end recruitment of mid-to-senior finance professionals across India, with a strong focus on CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA and MBA Finance talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance talent network, excellent sourcing capability and deep understanding of hiring across Big 4, GCCs, consulting firms and MNCs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, negotiation and closure.
- Recruit across Accounting, Audit, Tax, Risk, FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Transfer Pricing, Transaction Advisory, Valuations, Compliance, Finance Transformation and Internal Controls / SOX.
- Demonstrate strong command of Naukri, TimesJobs, LinkedIn Talent Solutions/Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Build and continuously expand a high-quality network of finance professionals, including passive candidates.
- Leverage LinkedIn,



referrals, databases, professional networks and targeted sourcing to deliver quality candidates.
- Work closely with the Business Development / Client Servicing team to understand mandates and deliver candidates within agreed timelines.
- Maintain strong recruitment pipelines and provide regular, data-driven hiring updates.
- Track finance hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, talent availability and movement across GCCs, Big 4, consulting firms, accounting firms and MNCs.
- Develop deep knowledge of key finance talent markets across India.

Preferred Candidate

- 4–8 years of proven experience in Finance / Professional Services Recruitment.
- Strong track record of hiring CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA and MBA Finance professionals.
- Candidates from recruitment firms, executive search firms, RPOs or specialised finance recruitment companies preferred.
- Experience servicing Big 4, GCCs, consulting firms, accounting & tax firms, financial services companies and MNCs will be highly valued.
- Strong candidate network + sourcing skills + closure capability is essential.
