Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Hyderabad.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant teams. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.

Executive will handle employee relations activities such as grievance management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives, while supporting recruitment, interviews, and selection processes. The role also collaborates with department leaders to address workforce planning needs and contributes to HR reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and regulatory compliance, with the ability to implement and maintain policy frameworks.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement, and communication with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an IT or software development company is preferred.
