HR Recruiter – Hiring NowVIN GROUP is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and support roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates through offer and joining.
- Support campus hiring and recruitment drives when required.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
