Job Title: Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month hands-on internship. In this entry-level position, you will work closely with HR professionals to learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing passive talent and reviewing resumes to coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Search job boards, LinkedIn, and social networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes against job specifications to create shortlists of qualified applicants.
- Initial Screening Calls: Conduct preliminary telephonic or video screening calls to assess candidates' basic qualifications, communication skills, availability, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Send calendar invites, schedule interviews, and align availability between hiring managers and applicants.
- Candidate Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, sending updates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Database Management: Keep candidate records, interview logs,



and recruitment trackers up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Fresher Skills

- Communication: Strong spoken and written English skills for drafting professional emails and interacting with candidates.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a BBA or MBA (preferably with a specialization in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field).
- Organization: Ability to manage tight schedules, track multiple applicants simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Tech Savviness: Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for reviewing candidate qualifications, matching key requirements.
- Eagerness to Learn: Proactive attitude, adaptability, and interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
