We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter on a 3-month contractual basis to support high-volume hiring requirements for our BPO operations.
About the Role The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-up to ensure timely fulfillment of hiring targets.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned requisitions while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Manage candidate data and update recruitment trackers and ATS/Workday records accurately.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for interview feedback,
offer release, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support walk-in drives and bulk hiring initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in BPO hiring will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
