Role Description The Recovery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for supporting individuals through structured recovery processes, coordinating with insurance providers, and ensuring that documentation and case files are accurate and up to date. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing recovery plans, tracking progress, and communicating with clients, families, and internal teams to facilitate effective care and services.

The Recovery

Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, participate in training sessions,



and help refine recovery-related workflows and best practices. The role requires consistent, professional interaction with clients and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, explain processes clearly, and collaborate with clients and colleagues.

Knowledge of Addiction Recovery principles and practices, including experience supporting individuals through structured recovery programs.

Understanding of Insurance processes, including coverage verification, claims coordination, and documentation requirements.

Experience in Training, such as delivering or supporting educational sessions, workshops, or onboarding related to recovery and procedures.

Relevant experience in recovery services, healthcare, counseling, or a related field.

Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Gurugram, with strong skilled ethics and respect for confidentiality.

Preferred qualification: bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
