Role Description The Receptionist Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based at Nuvana’s clinic in Colaba.

The Receptionist

Sales professional will greet and assist visitors, manage front desk operations, handle incoming phone calls, and schedule appointments. This role will include explaining services, guiding clients through offerings, and supporting sales by promoting suitable treatments and packages. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records, processing payments, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring a welcoming,



professional atmosphere. The individual will contribute to a seamless client experience from first contact through follow-up, supporting both service delivery and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage the front desk, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and represent the clinic professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience, resolve issues, and build client trust.
- Prior experience in a clinic, spa, salon, or hospitality environment is beneficial, especially in client-facing and sales-support roles.
- Comfort with basic computer systems, appointment scheduling software, and payment processing is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Colaba, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a professional, inclusive demeanor with diverse clients.

Salary: 20,000-30,000 per month
