Role/n We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build robust client relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. Key Responsibilities/n /n

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

/n

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

/n

- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiations.

/n

- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

/n





- Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports.

/n Requirements/n /n

- 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.

/n

- Strong knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market.

/n

- Proven sales and negotiation skills.

/n

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

/n

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline (MBA is a plus).
