About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue & Legal Advisor to support our real estate operations in matters related to land, property documentation, revenue records, registrations and legal compliance.

Freshers with an LL.B. degree and a strong interest in real estate/property law are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify and review land and property documents.
- Check Khasra, Khatauni, B-1, P-II, mutation and other revenue records.
- Conduct basic title and ownership verification of properties.
- Assist in land and property legal due diligence.
- Coordinate with Tehsil, Patwari, Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar and other government offices.
- Handle documentation related to sale deeds, agreements, lease deeds, POA, development agreements and other property documents.
- Assist in property registration and mutation-related work.
- Identify legal/revenue issues in land documents and report them to senior management.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants when required.
- Assist with RERA and real-estate regulatory compliance.
- Maintain proper records of property documents and ongoing legal matters.




- Follow up on pending applications, registrations, mutations and revenue matters.
- Provide basic legal/revenue support to the management and project team.

Eligibility
- LL.B. / LLB graduate from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in real estate legal, land/revenue, property documentation or legal practice will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Chhattisgarh land/revenue procedures will be an advantage.
- Advocate enrollment is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Property Law, Land Law, Revenue Law and RERA.
- Good understanding of property documentation.
- Good legal drafting and document-review skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to visit government offices when required.
- MS Office / basic computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have exposure to land/revenue matters, property registration, title verification, mutation, sale deeds or real estate legal work will be preferred.

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Freshers – 3 Years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
