We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, communicating with prospective property buyers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Generate and follow up on property leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain accurate lead records.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for successful site visits and conversions.
- Achieve monthly calling, site-visit, and sales targets.
- Update customer information and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach.
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
