Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in New Delhi.

The Real Estate

Consultant will assist Buyers’ Club members in identifying suitable real estate opportunities, conducting property evaluations, and providing clear, unbiased guidance throughout the decision-making process. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting market research and site visits, coordinating with developers and property owners, and preparing property comparisons and reports. The role involves supporting negotiations, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant, and collaborating with internal teams to align real estate offerings with the organization’s mission. The consultant will also help educate members on real estate trends, risks,



and best practices to support informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property advisory, preferably in residential or mixed-use projects.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, needs assessment, and providing clear, unbiased guidance to diverse buyer profiles.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze property values, and prepare concise reports and comparisons.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, documentation processes, and compliance requirements in New Delhi and the broader region.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in simple, accessible terms.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to a buyer-centric, mission-driven not-for-profit environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting property visits, and engaging with developers, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and digital platforms used for research, documentation, and client communication.
