What You'll Do

- Understand customer requirements and identify whether they are buying for self-use or investment .
- Recommend the most suitable properties based on their budget and goals.
- Explain location advantages, connectivity, infrastructure developments, appreciation potential, and future growth prospects.
- Confidently pitch projects and handle customer objections.
- Build trust with customers and encourage them to visit project sites.
- Follow up with leads and support customers throughout their buying journey.
- Stay updated with the latest real estate trends and investment opportunities in Bangalore and Mysore.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (ability to communicate confidently in all three languages is preferred).




- Confident body language and a skilled personality.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Passion for real estate and helping customers make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
