We Are Hiring: Associate (Real Estate & Litigation)

Lions Of Law Advocates and Consultants is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate to join our Real Estate & Litigation team.

If you are a driven legal qualified with hands-on exposure to dispute resolution, property law, and regional documentation, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with civil, commercial, and property litigation before courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums.
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, legal notices, rejoinders, and written submissions.
- Conducting title verifications, scrutiny of revenue records, and due diligence.
- Drafting transactional documents including sale deeds, lease agreements, and MOUs.
- Carrying out comprehensive legal research on statutory provisions and precedent case law.
- Coordinating with clients, briefing senior counsel, and managing court listings.

Requirements & Qualifications

** Experience: Minimum 1 Year Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)



in Litigation and/or Real Estate practice.

- Education: LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Language Requirement (Mandatory): Working knowledge of Kannada is non-negotiable; candidates must be able to read Kannada (specifically for reviewing land records, revenue documents, and local pleadings).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and oral communication skills in English.

Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle matters independently under guidance.
