About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Management Representative to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore South.

The Management Representative will be responsible for coordinating key quality, operational, and management-system activities, ensuring effective implementation of company standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor Quality Management System activities.

Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.

Prepare and maintain management-system documentation, records and reports.





Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of procedures.

Support Management Review Meetings and follow-up actions.

Support employee awareness and training activities.

Track corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.

Prepare periodic reports and communicate key updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills

? Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience

? Standards: Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

? Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation

? Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

? Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

? Good documentation, reporting, and audit-coordination skills

? Proactive approach towards process improvement and compliance
