Role Overview

At Iera Living Designs LLP, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Quality Inspector who will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality standards across all construction and finishing activities.

The role involves conducting routine inspections, identifying defects or non-conformities, and ensuring that work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, tech packs, counter samples, and quality requirements.

The Quality Inspector will work closely with production teams and contractors to implement corrective actions and maintain Iera Living’s standards of quality, safety, and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have experience in inspecting Home Furnishing & Textile products.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Inline, Mid, and Final Inspections of home furnishing and textile products.
- Carry out quality assessments of finished products ready for shipment and incoming raw materials.
- Thoroughly review tech packs and counter samples to understand product requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor the production phase at various levels to ensure adherence to defined quality parameters.
- Identify defects, quality issues, and non-conformities and ensure timely corrective action.
- Resolve quality-related issues while adhering to defined deadlines.
- Prepare detailed documentation of inspection processes,



including inspection reports and performance records.
- Recommend improvement measures in the production process to ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
- Understand customer quality expectations and ensure compliance with relevant quality manuals and specifications.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and contractors to maintain consistent product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in Home Furnishing & Textiles.
- Any Technical Degree/Diploma.
- Positive understanding of home furnishing and textile products, manufacturing processes, and finishing standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email writing.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and preparing quality reports.
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to digital tools and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with production and vendor teams.

Must Have

- Travelling friendly – Willingness to travel to production units, vendors, and supplier locations as required.
- Own 2-wheeler – Candidates must have their own two-wheeler for local travel.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production and quality environment.
