Tinita Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically strong Sr. Manager / Head – Quality Control to lead our Quality Control function for static process equipment manufacturing at our Dahej, Gujarat facility.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Fabrication / Static Process Equipment

? Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance within static equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fabrication or related engineering industries.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the QC team and ensuring compliance with ASME, API, ISO, EN standards, customer specifications and project requirements.

? Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement Quality Control Procedures, Quality Control Plans and ITPs.

- Lead and manage QC Engineers, Inspectors and Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ASME, API, ISO, EN standards, customer specifications and project requirements.
- Oversee welding inspection, WPS/PQR, welder qualification and NDT activities.
- Plan and supervise hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure and other applicable tests.
- Review and approve inspection reports, test reports, MTCs, NDT reports and final quality documentation.
- Lead NCR investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions and CAPA.
- Coordinate customer, consultant and third-party inspections and approvals.




- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate customer/third-party audits.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, rejection, rework and customer complaints.
- Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of quality records and quality dossiers.
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
- Report quality status, risks, major issues and corrective actions to Management.
- Effectively allocate work within the QC team, monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

? Technical Expertise Required• Strong knowledge of QC, fabrication and ASME/API/ISO/EN standards

- Solid understanding of WPS/PQR, welding inspection and NDT
- Knowledge of material inspection, MTC and material traceability
- Experience in pressure and hydro testing
- Knowledge of NCR, RCA, CAPA, audits and quality documentation
- Experience in customer, third-party and supplier quality coordination
