Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead

Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied while continuously monitoring and managing key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management.

Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are central to driving overall product quality and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and increase efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and quality metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies within complex software environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing principles, and defect management processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret key quality metrics to guide decision-making and improve testing effectiveness.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
