About The Role The Pre-Sales Manager – Quality Engineering & Testing at Smart Moves Talent Crafters Pvt. Ltd. will spearhead the Testing & Quality Engineering Practice, focusing on pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, and fostering strategic OEM partnerships. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to design, present, and implement cutting-edge Quality Engineering solutions tailored to client needs.

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth within the Testing Practice, establishing the company as a leader in enterprise testing platforms and solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional client engagement skills to support the company's expansion in the quality engineering domain.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering, testing, or pre-sales consulting. Strong technical proficiency in enterprise testing tools such as SmartBear Suite, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr, Jira, and Confluence is essential. Proven experience in solution architecture,



OEM relationship management, and enterprise platform implementation is required.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a track record of successful business development in the testing and QA space.

Certifications in testing tools, automation, or related methodologies will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the Testing Practice from both a technical and business growth perspective, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs.

Support sales teams during pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, conducting customer discovery workshops, and preparing compelling solution presentations.

Design comprehensive testing solutions by developing architecture diagrams, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps.

Develop and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product demonstrations, and customer-facing presentations to showcase solution capabilities.

Manage and nurture OEM relationships with key partners such as SmartBear, TestRail, Xray, Atlassian ecosystem vendors, and other testing technology providers.

Oversee OEM certifications, partner enablement programs, licensing opportunities, and joint go-to-market strategies.

Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, migration, and integration of testing tools and platforms, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption.

Design and establish enterprise testing frameworks, governance models, workflows, dashboards, and reporting standards to optimize testing processes.

Advise clients on test automation, API testing, performance testing,



and integrating quality engineering practices within CI/CD pipelines.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Develop reusable accelerators, best practices, and service offerings to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Identify new consulting and managed services opportunities to expand the Testing Practice portfolio.

Build, mentor, and lead a team of Solution Consultants, QA Architects, and Test Engineers to ensure continuous skill development and performance excellence.

Represent the organization at OEM events, customer forums, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
