Role Description The Quality Engineer Electrical role is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical product quality across the design, manufacturing, and testing lifecycle, ensuring that mission-critical solutions meet internal standards and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality plans, conducting inspections and tests on electrical components and assemblies, analyzing failures and non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with design and production teams.

The Quality Engineer

Electrical will prepare and maintain quality documentation, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems and processes.



Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure regulatory compliance, product reliability, and alignment with company quality objectives.

Qualifications

Diploma/B-tech/B.E in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

KEY SKILLS

- Demonstrated skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management for electrical products and systems.
- Experience in Quality Control activities, including inspection, testing, and monitoring of electrical components.
- Strong background in Quality Assurance practices, standards, and documentation to ensure consistent product quality.
- Ability to manage Product Quality throughout the lifecycle, from design review to final acceptance and field feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for electrical and electronic equipment.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in mission-critical or customized product segments.

Experience -

Mimimum 3years of experience for b-tech/BE Engineer

5 years of experience for Diploma holder relevant field experience must.
