Role Description The Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role involves monitoring and inspecting electrical distribution panels and related products to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards, as well as applicable safety regulations.

The Quality Control

Engineer will perform routine testing, document inspection results, identify non-conformities, and work with production and design teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role includes developing and maintaining quality control procedures, supporting internal audits,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce defects. The engineer will also assist in customer inspections, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to inspect products, validate processes, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Management capabilities to support documentation, implement procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret test data, diagnose issues, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare clear reports, and engage with clients and auditors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing, testing, or commissioning is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and QA tools (e.g., root cause analysis, CAPA, statistical quality methods) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Rajkot, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial environment.
