- Operate and program FARO CMM / Portable CMM for dimensional inspection.
- Perform inspection of automotive and aerospace components using FARO measurement systems.
- Create and execute inspection programs using FARO CAM2.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspection.
- Prepare dimensional inspection reports and analyze measurement results.
- Identify dimensional deviations and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection records and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Quality teams for dimensional issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of FARO CMM / Portable CMM.
- Hands-on experience with FARO CAM2.
- Valuable knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Experience in dimensional inspection and quality control.
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Experience in Automotive / Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing is preferred.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Quality Engineering
