Role Description The Quality Assurance Inspector is a full-time, in office role based in Ambattur. This position is responsible for inspecting precision CNC machined components, verifying that products meet established quality standards, drawings, and specifications, and documenting inspection results. The role includes performing in-process and final inspections, using measuring instruments and gauges, and supporting quality audits as required.

The inspector collaborates with production and engineering teams to identify nonconformities, recommend corrective actions, and help maintain continuous improvement in quality processes.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, following safety and quality procedures, and supporting compliance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Inspection for precision machined components.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to support systematic quality processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to assist with internal and external audits.
- Experience with CNC machined parts, engineering drawings, and use of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical/production engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive or precision manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ambattur and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
