- Own and enforce quality management processes, procedures, and compliance across the organization.
- Coordinate activities related to AS9100 and AS9120 certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Manage and support internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and certification audits.
- Track audit findings, corrective actions, preventive actions, and closure activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit reports, compliance documents, and related documentation.
- Support organizational quality objectives, quality awareness initiatives, and employee training programs.
- Act as the primary quality focal point for internal departments,



customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Other requirements:

- Bachelors degree in a technical or management-related field.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, or industrial quality environments is preferred.
- Robust understanding of AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience in internal and external audit management.
- Understanding of EASA, FAA, or aerospace regulatory environments will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
