We are looking for a Python QA / Automation Lead to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python
- Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Develop automation strategies and testing methodologies
- Analyze automation failures and improve test coverage
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Lead a small team and drive quality initiatives




- Participate in CI/CD implementation and quality improvements

Requirements

- 6-8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in automation testing
- Robust expertise in Python, Selenium, Pytest, and Appium
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and automation frameworks
- Team leadership experience preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to collaborate with global teams and attend occasional night meetings
