Role Description This is a full-time, in office QC Engineer role located in Ahmedabad. The QC Engineer will monitor and inspect fabrication processes and finished steel structures to ensure compliance with internal standards, client specifications, and relevant codes.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control plans, performing dimensional and visual inspections, documenting test results, and identifying non-conformities. The QC Engineer will collaborate with production, design,



and project teams to resolve quality issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain accurate records for audits and certifications. The role also involves preparing quality reports, assisting in root cause analysis, and promoting safety and quality best practices on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor processes, inspect structures, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Quality Management capabilities to interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, document findings, and present quality reports clearly.
- Relevant technical background, preferably a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with fabrication or structural steel manufacturing environments, including familiarity with industry standards and inspection methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and use basic measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety and compliance.
