Role Description The Qc Civil professional will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of civil construction activities for roads, bridges, and related infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting materials and workmanship, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards, and documenting test results and quality records. The role involves coordinating with site engineers and contractors, conducting corrective and preventive actions,



and supporting internal and external audits to maintain quality benchmarks.

The Qc

Civil professional will also assist in implementing quality plans, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives on site. This is a full-time, in office role based in Trivandrum.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for civil construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to oversee processes and support compliance reviews.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality standards relevant to construction materials and processes.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in road, bridge, or infrastructure construction quality inspections and testing.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction materials (concrete, steel, asphalt, earthworks).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills, with attention to detail and safety-focused mindset.
