QC Executive – Cosmetics Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a QC Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the Pharma or Cosmetics industry to handle raw material, in-process, packaging, and finished product quality testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Test and inspect incoming raw materials as per approved specifications.
- Inspect packaging materials such as bottles, tubes, jars, labels, and cartons.
- Perform in-process quality checks including pH, viscosity, color, odor, appearance, weight, and homogeneity.
- Conduct testing of finished cosmetic products and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Handle sampling, testing records, COAs, and laboratory documentation.
- Support microbiological and stability testing activities.
- Identify and report OOS, deviations, and quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Follow GMP, GLP, SOPs,



and Good Documentation Practices.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, R&D;, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams.
- Support audits, investigations, CAPA, and product trials.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharma or Cosmetics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cosmetic raw materials and formulations.
- Basic knowledge of pH, viscosity, density, moisture, and other QC tests.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs, OOS, Deviation, and CAPA.
- Good documentation and laboratory skills.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical ability.

Candidates with relevant experience in Cosmetics or Pharma QC are preferred.
