We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to lead quality assurance initiatives across Android, iOS, and cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategy, establishing automation frameworks, leading testing teams, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

QA Leadership & Strategy

- - Define and implement mobile testing strategies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor QA Engineers, SDETs, and automation testers.
- Drive test planning, estimation, execution, and release sign-off activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and DevOps teams.

Mobile Application Testing

- - Own end-to-end testing for Android, iOS, and cross-platform applications.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, usability, performance, and security testing.
- Validate app behavior across multiple devices, OS versions, and screen sizes.
- Review requirements and participate in sprint planning activities.

Automation & Quality Engineering

- - Design and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium and related tools.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor automation coverage and continuously optimize execution reliability.
- Drive shift-left testing practices and quality metrics.

Defect & Release Management

- - Manage defect lifecycle and root cause analysis.




- Work closely with development teams to resolve critical issues.
- Support release readiness reviews and production validation activities.
- Track quality KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- - 9+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Mobile Application Testing (Android & iOS).
- Hands-on experience with Appium, Playwright, TestNG, or equivalent automation frameworks.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Solid experience with defect management tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- - Experience with Playwright or modern automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
- Experience working on fintech, healthcare or enterprise mobile applications.

Agile Collaboration

- - Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Delivery Teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and release ceremonies.
- Identify risks early and ensure timely mitigation.
