What You Will Do:





- Own test planning and execution across web, mobile, APIs, backend services, and database-driven workflows.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios covering functional, integration, regression, performance, negative, corner, and edge cases.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and SDET teams to clarify requirements, assess test feasibility, define scope, and identify risks.
- Use automation suites, mocks, stubs, logs, and service call graphs to debug failures and improve test coverage.
- Support sprint planning, release validation, CI/CD, deployments, production monitoring, incident response, and formal RCA of customer-impacting issues.
- Drive quality improvements through effective bug management, documentation, code/design reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in QA or software testing, with strong expertise in test strategy, test case design, debugging, and defect lifecycle management.
- In-depth understanding of relational/non-relational databases, microservices, APIs, frontend technologies, logs, CI/CD, mocks, and stubs.
- Robust product sense with the ability to understand end-to-end flows, identify risks and corner cases, and translate requirements into effective test coverage.
- Experience analyzing automation failures, validating web/mobile/backend releases, supporting production issues, and conducting RCA.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in documentation, knowledge sharing, stakeholder management, and mentoring.
