Role Description As a QA Engineer at Anka, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-driven revenue cycle solutions through systematic testing and validation. You will design, document, and execute test cases, perform manual testing of recent features and releases, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to identify and resolve defects. Your day-to-day work will include reviewing requirements, creating test plans, executing functional and regression tests, and tracking issues to closure using standard QA tools.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, help maintain test documentation, and support release readiness activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, including familiarity with QA methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including running automated test suites as part of build and deployment pipelines.
- Experience working with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, PyTest, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent automation frameworks is preferred
- Ability to analyze application logs, API responses, database records, and system behavior to perform root-cause analysis and effective debugging in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and working with Test Cases, including test planning, test documentation, and test reporting.
- Candidates should possess experience in Manual Testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing of web or enterprise applications.
- Relevant skills such as defect tracking with common tools (e.g., JIRA), understanding of SDLC and agile practices, and basic knowledge of APIs or databases are beneficial.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of QA or software testing experience, is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated domains, and exposure to automation testing tools or scripting, will be an advantage.
