Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Python Backend Developer.

The Python Backend

Developer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable Python code, integrating with databases and third-party services, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing existing systems. The role also involves collaborating with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architecture decisions and documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python + React JS Developer with 4–7 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, test, and deploy Python & React based applications and APIs.

· Write clean, effective, and maintainable code following best practices.

· Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.

· Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.





· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.

· Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.

· Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and integrate third-party services.

· Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

· Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

· Integrate GenAI capabilities with different applications using LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures

· Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production use

· Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks such as financial document summarization, chatbot assistants, and predictive analytics.

? Required Skills

· Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI preferred).

· Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

· Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.

· Experience with build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).

· Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools.

· Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or similar GenAI platforms

· Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model fine-tuning

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

✅ Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.

· Experience working in agile/scrum teams.

· Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Experience with front-end technologies (React/Angular) for integration.
