Position: Purchase Executive / Admin
Experience: 1–2 years
Location: Kerala
Salary: ₹20,000 - 25,000 per month (approximately)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase activities, vendor coordination and procurement
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate with suppliers
- Maintain purchase records, documentation and inventory coordination
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
- Support smooth office and operational activities
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement / Administration
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Robust organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
