KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and supplies to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely material availability to support uninterrupted production.
- Maintain healthy vendor relationships, develop new suppliers, and conduct regular rate comparisons to optimize costs.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams for inventory planning, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and payment follow-ups.
- Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.




- Ensure procurement of food-grade materials in compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP / inventory management software.
- Positive understanding of procurement processes, costing, and inventory control.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under deadlines.
- Prior experience in FMCG or food/snack manufacturing will be an added advantage.
