- Domestic and International Sourcing for Industrial Segment materials (Road Safety Products)
- Finalise purchase details of orders and deliveries. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms as per Management Guideline.
- Involved in all Rate Finalization Projects, Agreements, NDAs, and terms and conditions Finalization.
- To ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed-upon success criteria)
- Evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-effective and of high quality.
- Handling local vendors & sub-contractors for production requirements.
- Release of Purchase Orders and regular follow-up with vendors for supplies.
- Co-ordination with suppliers for right quality, right time and right price materials.
- Close coordination & interaction to build up strong relationships with vendors.
- Collect the monthly production schedules for smooth material supplies.
- Follow up with internal production as per the requirements of materials and Services.
- Responsible for the complete SCM activities in the organisation.
- Ensure compliance of established departmental objectives with regard to supplier evaluations, sustainability initiatives, supplier visit reports, cost reduction reporting, supply chain optimisations, etc.
- Monitoring Sub-contracting activities like scheduling offloaded parts.




- Supplier Quality Improvement, ensuring CAPA for non-conformities.
- Involved in Packing Material Development & other Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Responsible for the MRO, Admin, and IT Requirements for PAN India.
- Involved all types of procurement of Capex Projects.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Report directly to the CEO / Director and lead an operational procurement team.
- Develop and recommend short- and long-term procurement strategies aimed at meeting raw material demand requirements for selected India production sites in a manner that provides a secure supply of cost-competitive materials.
- Manage ongoing relationships with suppliers’ sales and internal functions (Sales, Production, Finance)
- Analyse market structure, trends, technical developments, and regulatory trends that impact competitiveness and/or affect availability and delivered cost of raw materials
- Present formal strategies to local leadership to enhance procurement alignment and ensure the effective implementation of such strategies
- Negotiate resolution of disputes, changes in scope and raw material price changes with suppliers where applicable.
