Store / Purchase Manager Location: Chandivali, Mumbai Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B;) / Restaurant Experience: 10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store / Purchase Manager to manage centralized procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations for our cloud kitchen and restaurant operations across Santacruz, Kandivali, Thane, and Chandivali . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in F&B; purchase, vendor management, inventory control, material planning, and supply coordination and should be capable of independently handling day-to-day procurement decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end purchase and store operations for multiple branches. Receive daily material requirements from branch kitchens and plan procurement accordingly. Forecast material requirements based on production plans and consumption patterns.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality materials. Negotiate with vendors and conduct regular price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, Petpooja, and inventory management tools .

Monitor live stock levels and ensure proper stock availability across all branches. Prevent overstocking, stock-outs, wastage, and inventory discrepancies . Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for stock management.

Manage inward and outward stock entries with proper documentation. Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, reconciliations, and cycle counts .



Coordinate closely with the production and kitchen teams for demand forecasting and supply planning.

Supervise and manage a team of 5–6 store/purchase staff , allocate responsibilities, and ensure accountability. Maintain updated records of vendor rates, purchase orders, stock movement, and material consumption. Take independent decisions regarding procurement, vendor selection, stock movement, and urgent material requirements .

Ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply of raw materials and other operational requirements across branches.

Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in Store / Purchase / Procurement Management, preferably in the F&B; / Restaurant industry . Strong knowledge of F&B; procurement, inventory management, and food production cycles . Hands-on experience with Petpooja is mandatory, particularly its Purchase, Inventory, Recipe, and related modules .

Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Tech-savvy and comfortable working with new software, dashboards, and digital workflows. Ability to independently make decisions related to procurement, vendors, stock, and supply planning. Ability to manage and supervise a small team effectively.
