DNM Interiorr is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil, interior and fit-out projects.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, contractors and manufacturers.
- Procure materials as per project requirements, specifications and timelines.
- Handle purchase orders, quotations, comparative statements and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a robust vendor network for civil and interior materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Negotiate competitive rates, credit terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate closely with Project, Design, QS, Accounts and Site Teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on quality, pricing,



capacity and delivery performance.
- Maintain proper purchase documentation and records.
- Track pending orders, material deliveries and supplier payments.
- Resolve quality, quantity and delivery-related issues with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with project budgets and company policies.

Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in Civil Construction, Interior Fit-out, Retail Fit-out or Commercial Interior projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil and interior materials, finishes, hardware, furniture and MEP-related procurement.
- Good negotiation, vendor management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent site requirements.
