URGENT HIRING – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE | REAL ESTATE
Location: Sikandra, Agra
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Relevant Real Estate Purchase/Procurement Experience Preferred
Qualification: Graduation
Freshers: Not Preferred
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must have hands-on experience in Real Estate Purchase/Procurement
- Prepare, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
- Valuable knowledge of Computer & MS Office
- Conduct market visits for material sourcing at competitive/best rates
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of construction and real estate materials will be preferred
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery
* Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
