- Responsible for Purchasing and delivering materials to different sites.
- Collect and deliver purchase-related documents, samples, and materials between suppliers and the company.
- Visit vendors for material collection, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding material dispatch and delivery status.
- Assist the Purchase Executive in following up on urgent purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased materials
- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery documents.
- Arrange local transportation for urgent procurement requirements.
- The role requires punctuality, honesty, and the ability to work efficiently with internal departments and external vendors.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
Education
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Willingness to travel
- 100% (Preferred)
