Job Position: Purchase Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Based on interview performance and skill set
Location: Science city, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-4 years
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and services
- Identify and develop current vendors
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up with vendors
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with production team
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain records Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / related field
- 24 years experience in procurement/purchase role
- Knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel
